This 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront unit on the second floor will make you feel right at home. The property features an oceanfront pool and hot tub, a secured entrance to the building, and on-site and off-site parking. Springs Towers is conveniently located close to Sea Mountain Hwy where you can shop for groceries, get fresh seafood from the local seafood markets, eat in some of the local eateries, or get an ice cream cone!
Unit 205 features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and large oceanfront balcony. You have a wonderful view of the ocean, as well as the outdoor pool from the oceanfront balcony. Relax and watch the waves roll in while the kids play in the pool below. The dining area, in combination with the bar stools along the kitchen bar, seat 8 persons. The living room has a sofa that converts to a queen sleeper and a sliding door that opens out onto the oceanfront balcony.
The master suite features a comfortable queen size bed and a sliding door that opens onto the balcony. The master bath has a large tub/shower combo. The bedroom on the right as you come in the front door has two twin size beds. The bedroom on the left has a queen size bed. These bedrooms share a full bath in the hallway.
Springs Towers is only a few blocks from the Cherry Grove fishing pier – try your hand at it or walk the pier and watch the pros! Enjoy the many attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer such as live theatres, brand new Hard Rock Theme Park, Broadway at the Beach, and much more. Payment Policies: Personal checks will be accepted up until thirty (30) days prior to arrival. FOR RESERVATIONS WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF ARRIVAL, CASHIER’S CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK, MONEY ORDER, CASH, TRAVELER’S CHECKS, OR VISA/MASTERCARD AND DISCOVER PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. THESE PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY SEASIDE VACATIONS WITHIN 48 HOURS IN ORDER TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION.
Cancellations: Should you have to cancel your reservation for any reason, let us know immediately. We will attempt to re-rent your property. A refund of your deposit (Less $25.00) will be made if cancellation is 60 days prior to your arrival. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival must be re-rented before a refund (less $25.00) will be made. Consider Travel Protection Insurance to avoid this risk.
Arrival/Departure: Check In: 3-5 p.m. (June - August). Please do not go to the property before checking in with our office. Weekends are extremely busy. If people or cars are seen at the property, it will delay its cleaning and inspection and thus your check-in time. Keep in mind that it is difficult for us to prepare every property between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. If you arrive early, stop by our office. If your property is ready, we will gladly check you in. If not, we will give you an approximate check-in time. There is never a promise of early check-in; guaranteed check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
