Century 21 Thomas Beach Vacations offers both Charleston Court 1 and Charleston Court 2 as premier vacation selections... spacious four bedroom villas just across the street from the beach and within a short stroll of shops, grocery and ice cream parlor. These are excellent choices for family beach vacations and golf outings. The villas share a pool (heated year 'round), a large hot tub and putting green. Partial ocean view,too!
Villa #1 is the first floor accommodation. Villa #2 is the upper villa and has a private elevator. Both villas have a partial ocean view from their large streetside covered porches. Both are non-smoking accommodations.

Deposits: 1/2 of the rental rate
Payment Policies: Balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival payable be check, VISA, or MasterCard. Rates include departure cleaning at no additional fee. Guests have the option of bringing linens or adding our convenient bed & bath linen package.
Cancellations: You may cancel your reservation at any time by calling or writing us. Refunds are made for cancellations of any monthly rentals and for vacation rentals from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, during Easter holiday or May motorcycle festivals ONLY if the property is re-rented and payments received.
For other periods and for golf packages, cancellation notice of at least thirty days is required. Payments are refunded less the reservation fee and vacation insurance premium. A request to change dates and/or properties is regarded the same as a cancellation.
Arrival/Departure: Summer vacations are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Off season arrival/departures to suit with most properties having a two night minimum stay requirement.
