Balance Payment: Your balance payment, as outlined on the rental agreement is due 30 days prior to check-in. MasterCard, Visa, Discover or a personal check will be accepted. However, WE CANNOT ACCEPT PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS UNLESS WE RECEIVE IT 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. *$50.00 for returned checks.* $40.00 fee if balance is not paid in full prior to arrival.

Cancellations: Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel, your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $150.00 ($100.00 cancellation fee & $50.00 reservation fee), ONLY if the same unit is re-rented for an equal number of days and the same dollar amount as your original reservation. If we are unable to re-rent the unit, all payments will be forfeited unless your reservation is covered by travel insurance.

Arrival/Departure: Check-In: 3:00 PM Check Out: 10:00 AM

Check-In: 3:00 PM or later on your day of arrival. Pick up keys at our office: Grand Strand Realty, Rental Office, 503 Sea Mountain Hwy, Cherry Grove. Arriving after business hours? Please call for instructions. For after-hours arrival, balance must be paid in full, rental agreement signed and security deposit paid.

Early Check-In: We offer a limited number of 12:30 PM check-ins for those guests with special arrival needs. A fee of $125.00 will be charged to cover housekeeping and administration expenses. No early arrivals will be permitted to check-in unless requested and paid in advance. Ask our reservationists about details.

Check Out: Before 10:00AM on day of departure. There is a $50.00 per hour late check out fee. If property is not vacated by 12:00PM a full day's rent will be charged.
