This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking and noise ordinances is required and enforced. Non families will be evicted with no monies refunded.

This luxurious house offers an impeccable location in a quiet neighborhood, nestled beside a saltwater channel. This attractive rental is also just a short distance from the stunning South Carolina shoreline as well as many of the most popular attractions.
This astounding house offers more than just the creature comforts of home, it also delivers astounding amenities that will enhance your South Carolina beach vacation. The fully equipped kitchen of this rental features granite counters and stainless appliances. With such a beautiful space to prepare meals it will be a joy to make anything from a quick snack to a full dinner for the entire family. For additional convenience Bella Vida has a gas grill and an outside shower as well as a washer and dryer.
If you enjoy fishing you will love the private dock over the channel that this luxury house provides. This is not the only extra that Bella Vida offers for entertainment. Enjoy the warm South Carolina sunshine lounging beside or in the swimming pool. This rental also boasts a hot tub where you can soothe sore muscles, flatscreen CCTVs, DVDs, WIFI as well as a game room that features a pool table.
What would a vacation in the South Carolina be without at least a day spent at the beach? Spend days frolicking in the ocean waves or relaxing on the sandy shore collecting shells and building sculptures. Away from the coast, vacationers will find that North Myrtle Beach delivers a wide variety of things to do. The area is known as The Seaside Golf Capital of the World. Visitors will also discover amusement parks, live theatres, tours, shopping and any type of cuisine that you might be craving. No matter how you want to spend your time in North Myrtle Beach a stay in Bella Vida will be nothing but pleasurable.

Reservations: Open 7 days a Week; 8:30AM to 10PM (Mon-Sat) and 8:30AM to 7:00PM (Sunday)
Minimum check-in age of 25.

No Motorcycles or Trailers allowed on premises.
No smoking.
No pets - bringing a pet will result in eviction with no monies refunded.
Check in time may be extended past 3PM in the peak season.

Deposits: 50% of Base Rental Amt
Payment Policies: RATES - Rates are higher Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and special event weeks. Rates are subject to 12% sales/accommodations tax and a Non-Refundable Processing Fee of $32 for rental amounts up to $400, $52 for rental amounts $401 - $900, and 7% of rental amounts over $901(capped at a maximum base processing fee of $350) is required on all reservations in addition to rental charges. The processing fee for reservations greater than 28 days is $70.00 with no add-ons.
CVB FEE: Included in the processing fee is a CVB fee of $2 per night for rentals in North Myrtle Beach and unincorporated Horry County and a CVB fee of $1 per night for rentals in Myrtle Beach, which is required on all reservations in addition to rental charges.
CHARITABLE DONATION: An optional charitable donation of $1.00 per night shall be added to all reservations unless you opt out at the time of booking.
CONVENIENCE FEE - For all payments made via credit card or debit card instead of cash or check, a fixed charge of $17 per transaction shall be added to all transactions in excess of $250.
RETURNED CHECK FEE - A fee of $15.00 will be added to all guest accounts for each instance of a returned check for any reason.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: A prepayment of one half of the rental rate is required to confirm a reservation. A personal check is the required method of prepayment. Prepayment MUST be received within five (5) business days after making reservation. Please state reservation number, unit and date of occupancy on your advance deposit check. Upon receipt of your deposit, written confirmation will be sent showing the reserved unit, remaining balance, and rental dates.
DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE - Required on all 6+ bedroom properties. Available upon request for an additional cost for properties with less than 6 bedrooms. If maid service is not requested, the guest is responsible for cleaning unit and premises prior to departure. If unit is not cleaned, a cleaning fee will be charged to guests account.
Cancellations: Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Arrival/Departure: Check-in and check-out will be through our office at 401 Sea Mountain Highway in the Cherry Grove Section of North Myrtle Beach unless otherwise noted on confirmation letter.
CHECK IN 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. (June-Aug. 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.) or as soon as your rental property has been cleaned or inspected. Check-in time may be extended for special cleaning and maintenance. Please be aware that many accommodations may not be ready in-season until after 3 pm. Please call for special instructions on late arrivals.
